New Washer & Dryer

So in my last post I mentioned that we had bought a washer and dryer..I should have post this pic then, but I didn't. Here is a pic of our new washer and dryer with Kevin posing so cool in front of it. This was our first "big" purchase together, so it was actually so much fun :)

Countdown T-Minus 11 Days!!!!

I know most all of you have seen this picture on our album of engagement pictures on facebook, but I haven't gotten any of our bridal/groomal pictures back quite yet. I should be getting them a little later today! (Let's Hope). So the wedding is fast approaching and I couldn't be more excited. I can honestly say that I didn't think this was going to come for a LONG time; hence, starting a master degree program so I could focus on my career. However, now that it is hear I couldn't be more ready for it. I couldn't ask for a better guy to share my life with :) I am SO excited to see where our lives take us!
Some of our new updates going on right now include:
We found a new apartment located in Lehi! Kevin is already moved in and I will slowly move in my stuff until the wedding. It's a very cute, little 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. I am really excited to move to Lehi. It's a little bit smaller than most of the towns around it, but still has a lot of things to do there (shopping, restaurants, etc.). It really is such a nice neighborhood. Another bonus is that Kevin's parents are on the other side of town from us, so it is so nice to have family close!
We purchased a washer and dryer (used, of course). This was exciting because it was our first larger purchase together. We found a great deal at a place called, Appliance Exchange in Orem. We got a set for fairly cheap and it was only 3 years old. Score!
We also purchased a new TV, which was not nearly as exciting for me as it was for Kevin. It was on clearance and best buy had some great deals going on, so I allowed us to go ahead and get it. It has been really fun I will admit. We started to watch the series, 24; which is very intense if you haven't seen it!
Kevin is keeping really busy with work. He is working on his Journeymen Electric License. So currently he is a 3rd year "apprentice". It takes 4 years to finish. I am very proud of all the hard work he puts in with school and work and for the goals that he is making in his life. He currently works for a company called SAC (Smart-Automated Controls) and he works anywhere from Ogden to Spanish Fork so Lehi is a good central location.
I am keeping busy as well with school, work, and wedding plans. Right now, I am struggling with keeping going with school and am almost feeling that it is time for me to take a break from school for a while..I have another week to make the decision, so we'll see!
I will be posting more fun stuff after the wedding and honeymoon, WAHOO can't wait!
